Freelancing and Travelling

Many people spend lives moving around, taking on new work by travelling. In some ways it’s a nice idea, you get to see the world and earn money along the way. If you only need a laptop to keep up with clients then there really isn’t any excuse to stop you from seeing most of the world. That said, whilst it’s possible for some people, it’s not easy to do. Each time you visit a new country you have to network and build connections to pick up new work. That said, if you do have plenty of long-term clients who understand your situation and are happy with the work you’re producing they’re likely to stay with you, giving you more work. There are positives and negatives to freelancing and travelling, but there are ways in which you can live this kind of life, you just need to know how to market your skills properly.
