Long Haul Flight Preparation

Many people feel anxious when they’re set to go on a long haul flight. If you’ve travelled from the UK to Asia, Australasia or America then you’ll know what we’re talking about. The thought of being stuck on a plane for hours and hours can be rather daunting but there are ways in which you can cope. Firstly get your body clock in order so your bedtime is the period in which you’re on the plane. As an example, you may want to stay up during the night if you’re flying in the morning, because you will then get a lot of sleep on the plane and wake up feeling refreshed and not fatigued. You can also combat boredom on a plane by watching movies or a TV series. Most airlines provide media centres so you can stream new movies and shows, whilst they’ll usually offer lots of food and drink to keep you feeling perky.
